Urban Homestead

At The Oasis Urban Homestead our mission is to promote cyclical living by preparing seasonal foods grown in our community, to our community. Whether you're staying at our Bed & Breakfast, meeting us at the Farmers' Market or a Special Event, we are here to alchemize locally grown food into delicious meals rich in nutrients as well as love. 

Over the years, The Oasis Urban Homestead has accomplished many great things. The year of 2025 we upgraded our growing practices & introduced new faces to the Homestead. We incorporated a greenhouse to increase our growing season for even more abundance. In addition, we brought home two lovely German Angoras rabbits whose pellets aid soil enrichment and wool which can be made into many goods.

The Oasis specializes in fresh egg noodle pasta. Our precious flock of hens provides us with nutrient dense eggs used in our craft pasta. We indulge in fresh wheat berries grown in Hugo, Colorado & milled fresh for each batch of noodles . From Carbonara to Kugel to Bolonese to a classic butter sauce, our pasta is only ever served with a fresh sauce just as tasty as the noodle itself.
